The shipping costs are € 4.90. Shipping is free of charge for orders from a value of € 20. Hobby tables within Germany are dispatched free of charge. Other conditions apply to tables and blocking goods. You can find these in the area Shipping and returns.

30 days of return and cancellation law

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Joola.de. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can send the goods back in your original condition within 30 days of receipt or revoke the contract.

Returns and revocation

You have the right to revoke the contract within 30 days without giving reasons. This right also applies to the return of all Joola articles, provided that they are unused and returned in a sales capacity. All labels still have to be attached and intact. Personalized products such as specially made table tennis rackets and goods that are delivered for hygienic reasons are excluded if their sealing was damaged after delivery.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have to repay) immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of personalized products or goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
